About

"There is nothing better than waking up in the morning, sitting at the drawing board and creating something new that did not exist yesterday, knowing it’ll help safeguard the future of the natural world.”

Jess Pritchard is a multi-award-winning wildlife conservation artist and ambassador for Derwent Art, one of the world's leading pencil brands. She creates both realist and surreal artworks in pencil and paint, continually developing her style to create new and unique pieces for collectors both in the UK and worldwide.

Having raised thousands of pounds for various conservation organisations throughout her career, exhibiting at high-profile events including those held at London’s Mall Galleries and The Dorchester Hotel, Jess is now running regular workshops and leading art retreats in both South Africa and Southern Italy to give others the opportunity to experience the incredible landscape and wildlife which inspires so much of her work.

In 2023, two of Jess’ artworks were selected for Wildlife Artist of the Year at the Mall Galleries in London with ‘Hear Me Roar’ being awarded the title of ‘hero piece’ to be used on all publicity material for the exhibition.

Her mission is to raise awareness of the vulnerability of the planet and the species that live on it through her art and raise vital funds to give a future to the next generation of animals.
