African Hunting Dogs have a strong sense of pack mentality. They are very territorial and look out for one another as no single member would survive alone for long. These personality traits are best displayed when the pack is on a hunt, searching for their prey while also keeping a lookout for danger from other predators. It’s a bond that is very rarely broken as each dog has it’s place in the formation and is crucial to the success of the hunt.
